Breaking Dad: Psychological Safety and More Time at Home for Men
If you are male and employed within Australia – we need your input!
The 100% Project, in conjunction with Deakin University, is conducting research to investigate the impact of psychological safety on men’s likelihood to request family friendly work arrangements. This research is one of the first to look at the impact that psychological safety has on gender stereotypes in the Australian workplace.
Your participation involves completing an online questionnaire, which will take approximately 10-15 minutes in total. The Plain language statement (click to read) contains a more detailed outline of the study. To participate you must be over the age of 18, male, and currently working in Australia.
A report of aggregated results will be available on The 100% Project’s website (http://www.the100percentproject.com.au) when the study has been completed.
